Black Friday 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Black Friday Sale

  1. The Injinji Black Friday Sale (the Sale) is run by The trustee for Reuss Family Trust (ABN 57 756 848 907) of 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500 (the Promoter).
  2. The Sale runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026 (the Sale Period), online at injinji.net.au only.
  3. During the Sale Period, a discount applies to eligible products in your cart based on their combined recommended retail price (RRP): spend $65 and get 20% off, spend $100 and get 25% off, spend $140 and get 30% off. Only the highest tier reached applies.
  4. Eligible products are those in the Black Friday Sale collection on injinji.net.au. Wool products and gift cards are excluded and do not count towards the spend thresholds. The discount is applied in the cart and at checkout.
  5. All offers are available while stocks last. Rainchecks and price adjustments on past orders are not offered.
  6. Some discount codes cannot be used with Sale prices.
  7. Gift cards are not discounted in the Sale. See the Cyber Monday Gift Card Bonus terms below.
  8. Standard shipping charges and free shipping thresholds apply.
  9. Our standard returns policy applies to Sale purchases. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  10. The Promoter may cancel an order placed at a price that is clearly an error and will refund the amount paid in full.

2. VIP Early Access

  1. Injinji VIP Early Access (VIP Access) is run by the Promoter.
  2. VIP Access runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 15 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 (the VIP Period), online at injinji.net.au only.
  3. VIP Access is available only to customers registered as an Injinji VIP.
  4. During the VIP Period, VIPs receive the spend-tier discount in clause 3 of the Black Friday Sale terms, which applies to the public from Monday 23 November 2026.
  5. To receive the VIP discount you must be logged in to your Injinji account, or check out, using the email address you registered as a VIP with. The discount is applied once you are logged in and at checkout.
  6. The VIP discount ends at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 and cannot be applied to orders placed after that time.
  7. The VIP discount cannot be combined with any other discount code.
  8. All offers are available while stocks last.
  9. Clauses 8, 9 and 10 of the Black Friday Sale terms also apply to VIP Access.

3. VIP Major Prize Draw

  1. The Injinji VIP Major Prize Draw (the Promotion) is run by the Promoter.
  2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 8 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 (the Promotion Period).
  4. Entries:
    1. Customers registered as an Injinji VIP before the Promotion Period receive two entries when they complete a purchase at injinji.net.au during the VIP Period.
    2. Customers who register as an Injinji VIP during the Promotion Period receive one entry.
    3. Customers who complete a purchase at injinji.net.au during the VIP Period (12:00am AEST Sunday 15 November to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026) receive one additional entry.
  5. Maximum two entries per person, however many purchases they make.
  6. The prizes are: first prize, one Insta360 X6 Standard Bundle, valued at $1,049.99 including GST; and two runner-up prizes, one Garmin Forerunner 965, valued at $999 including GST, and one Garmin Forerunner 265, valued at $799 including GST. Total prize pool: $2,847.99.
  7. The draw takes place at 9:00am AEST on Monday 23 November 2026 at 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500. Three winners are selected at random by computer from all valid entries. The first winner drawn receives the first prize, and the next two receive the runner-up prizes in the order listed.
  8. Winners are notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
  9. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, a new winner is drawn the same way and notified.
  10. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  11. Entrant details are collected and used in line with the Injinji privacy policy at injinji.net.au/policies/privacy-policy.

4. Win Your Order Back

  1. Injinji Win Your Order Back (the Promotion) is run by the Promoter.
  2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026 (the Promotion Period). It is made up of nine daily entry periods, each running from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST.
  4. Every order placed and paid for at injinji.net.au during an entry period is one entry into that day's draw.
  5. Each day's draw takes place at 9:00am AEST the following day at 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500. One winner is selected at random by computer from that day's valid entries. The last draw takes place on Wednesday 2 December 2026.
  6. The winner of each draw receives an Injinji gift card equal to the total amount paid for the products in the winning order, excluding shipping, up to a maximum of $500.
  7. Total prize pool: up to $4,500.
  8. An order that is cancelled or fully refunded before its draw is not a valid entry.
  9. Winners are notified by email within 2 business days of their draw. The gift card is emailed within 3 business days and does not expire.
  10. Winners agree to their first name and state being published in Injinji emails and social media as a Promotion winner.
  11. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, a new winner is drawn the same way from that day's remaining entries and notified.
  12. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  13. Entrant details are collected and used in line with the Injinji privacy policy at injinji.net.au/policies/privacy-policy.

5. Cyber Monday Gift Card Bonus

  1. The Injinji Cyber Monday Gift Card Bonus (the Offer) is run by the Promoter.
  2. The Offer runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 30 November 2026 to 11:30pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026, online at injinji.net.au only.
  3. During the Offer, customers can buy a $120 Injinji e-gift card for $100 (the Bonus Card). The Offer applies to that denomination only.
  4. There is no limit on the number of Bonus Cards a customer can buy.
  5. Bonus Cards can be used on injinji.net.au from the time of purchase, including on Sale products.
  6. Bonus Cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Bonus Cards are delivered by email to the address given at checkout.
